S & H Building and Construction Company, LLC was developed by two partners who had both spent many years involved in the Building and Construction Business. Robin Scott, who has 23 years in Real Estate re-habbing and financing property development; and, Chris Henderson, who built his first home 20 years ago and has overseen the building of banks for First Horizon and is a certified Project Manager, teamed up to bring a building company with integrity, responsibility, and imagination to the Mid-South.
S & H Building and Construction, LLC was designed initially as a building unit for Investors re-habbing properties. The Company is moving into General Construction and Building in 2007.
S & H are experts at turnkey projects; particularly for Investors who want to re-hab their properties. We work with in and out-of-town Investors.
